You can export a lot of data from your shop as a CSV file, for example for analyses, for sharing with service providers or for transferring to another system. The exports are separated by data type. There is no combined export for all data in a single file.
Products, customers and orders
You export master data such as products, customers and orders via the Shopware Import/Export module:
In the Shopware Admin, navigate to Settings → Shop → Import/Export and switch to the Export tab.
Select the appropriate profile, for example Default product profile, Default customer profile or Default order profile.
Start the export. Once it has finished, you can download the CSV file.
The profile determines which columns a file contains. If you need other fields, you can duplicate a default profile in the Profiles tab and adjust the mappings in the duplicate. You can find more details about the module in the Shopware documentation.
If you only want orders from a specific country, export the orders with the column for the country ID and filter the file in your spreadsheet program by the ID of the country.
Pickware data such as stock and suppliers
Data that Pickware manages itself is exported directly in the respective areas of the Shopware Admin. This includes, among others:
Stock per product, warehouse or bin location
Suppliers and product supplier mappings
Supplier orders, purchase lists and goods receipts
Bin locations, batches and stocktakes
Product sets
Reports from the Picking Dashboard
You can then find all of these exports under Settings → Shop → Import/Export (Pickware). There you can download the files again at any time. To learn how to export your stock overview, for example, see What information can I find in the stock overview?.
Exports from Pickware lists, for example from Purchasing → Supplier mapping, only contain the columns that are shown in the table. You therefore control which columns end up in the export via the column selection of the list.
Purchase price, supplier and stock in one list
There is no export with master data, purchase price and stock in a single file, because a product can have multiple suppliers and bin locations. Instead, export the supplier mapping and the stock overview (per product and warehouse) and merge both files in your spreadsheet program using the product number.
Documents and accounting data
You export invoices and other documents via the DATEV export. With the DATEV document export, you receive the booking data in DATEV format and can additionally download the associated documents as a ZIP file. There is no freely structured CSV file with document data. You can find out more in How do I perform a DATEV document export?
You can also export customer master data in DATEV format, for example if you work with individual debtor accounts.
