With the debtor base data export, you output the master data stored in your customers' accounts – in addition to the account number, all other customer master data (including the email address) – as a CSV file. This is useful for passing the data on to your tax advisor or for creating the matching debtor accounts in DATEV.
Prerequisite: The debtor base data export is only available to you if you have activated the booking type Individual debtor accounts under Debtor Accounts in the DATEV configuration.
Export debtor base data
Open a DATEV document export or a DATEV payment export and switch to the export detail view. There, two additional buttons are available to you:
Export account labels – contains only the account number and the label of the respective customer account. Useful for creating the corresponding accounts in DATEV.
Export debtor base data – in addition to the account number, contains all other customer master data (including the email address).
Both files are CSV files.
What you should keep in mind
Only those customers are included for whom there is a posting record in the associated DATEV export.
Customers with their own (customer-specific) debtor account are not included in the file.
