What information can I find in the stock overview?

Under Lagerhaltung (Warehousing) → Bestandsübersicht (Stock Overview), you'll find a filterable list of your stock. Using the filters on the right, you can choose between three different views.

By Product View

Here you get an overview of all products and their total stock across all warehouses.

Stock management is automatically disabled for variant parents (main products with variants). These products appear in the overview with a stock of 0 — the actual stock is managed exclusively at the level of the individual variants. More on this: Stock management for variant parents.

Additionally, in this view you can manage a product's global reorder point and maximum stock. The replenishment quantity shows you how much stock should be replenished up to the maximum stock.

You can conveniently edit stock directly in the overview. The usual Pickware strategies for stock changes automatically apply.

Using the filters, you can further narrow down the display, e.g. with the filter Product with stock ≤ reorder point, to display all products that require replenishment.

Additionally, the display can be narrowed down to a specific stock range using the stock filters Products with stock ≥ X and Products with stock ≤ X. Both filters form a pair, into which you can enter a freely selectable value each. This way, for example, you can display only products whose stock lies between two values. If you change one of the two values and the combination would result in no results, the other value is automatically adjusted. If you remove the value from a field, the respective filter is reset.

By Product and Warehouse View

Here, a product's stock is displayed separately by warehouse.

In this view, you can additionally manage reorder point and maximum stock per warehouse. Alongside the current stock, the replenishment quantity is also displayed, so you can directly see how much stock is missing up to the maximum stock of the respective warehouse.

Here too, you can edit your stock directly and the familiar filters are available, relating to the respective warehouse.

By Product and Storage Bin View

In this view, you see a product's stock per storage bin. The default storage bin of a warehouse is marked with a star.

Additionally, in this view you can manage reorder point and maximum stock per storage bin. The displayed replenishment quantity shows you how much stock at this storage bin should be replenished up to the maximum stock.

In this view too, you can edit stock directly and use filters. For example, you can filter the view by individual warehouses or storage bins to see which products are stored there. It also lets you search specifically for a product to see where it's currently located. Using the filter Storage bin → Unknown, you get a list of all products that haven't yet been assigned to a storage bin and whose location within a warehouse is therefore unknown. With Product with stock ≤ reorder point, you can display storage bins that need replenishment.

Using the Import and Export buttons above, you can download your stock overview with the applied filters as a CSV file, or manage your warehouse stock via CSV import.
You can find more information on importing warehouse stock via CSV here.

In combination with the filter Product with stock ≤ reorder point, you can use the export to identify products that need replenishment per warehouse or storage bin.
