"Additional orders" on your Pickware invoice is the order fee for orders that exceed your plan's order quota. Every plan includes an order quota. An order fee applies for each order above it.
How is the order fee billed?
The order fee is billed monthly via your default payment method. If you pay by SEPA direct debit, you automatically receive a payment receipt.
Do POS orders count?
No. Orders from Pickware POS and from Shopify POS do not count toward the order quota.
How do I get a larger quota?
A higher plan has a larger order quota. You can find the quotas and prices of the plans on our pricing page for Shopware 6 or for Shopify. For individual terms, contact our sales team at [email protected].
