How do I use Returnless with Pickware for Shopify?

Returns that come in via Returnless can be transferred to your Shopify Admin — and from there to Pickware — either manually or automatically via workflow. However, processing the returns is only possible through Returnless itself. Once this is complete, the stock levels in Shopify or Pickware are corrected, and you can create a credit note via the Pickware Admin as usual.

What is not supported?

Returnless currently only supports putting returned products into stock via its own platform. As a result, processing returns with WMS is not possible. This also means that the display of the corresponding returns in Shopify or Pickware is incorrect, and the returned products incorrectly appear as not accepted there.

When will Returnless be compatible with Pickware WMS?

All necessary adjustments for compatibility between Pickware WMS and Returnless must be made by Returnless. For this reason, we are unable to make a binding commitment on our end as to when Returnless will be compatible with Pickware WMS.
