If you want to process your B2B orders separately from your B2C orders in the Pickware Admin, you need corresponding payment methods to use for these orders. Payment methods such as invoice or prepayment are a good fit here. In this article, we show you how to create and configure such payment methods.
Payment for regular B2C orders is handled exclusively in Shopify. If you don't process any B2B orders manually via your Pickware Admin, this article isn't relevant for you.
Creating a payment method
You'll find the configuration for payment methods in the Pickware Admin under Settings → Shop → Payment methods. Click Create payment method at the top right there.
Give it a name, a technical name, and optionally a description. Then you still need to activate the payment method. In the Availability rules section, you can specify the conditions under which the payment method should be available. You can find more information on configuring these rules here.
