Log in to the fiskaly Dashboard and click the DSFINV-K Export entry in the menu on the left. There, you can use the button at the top to create a new DSFINV-K export for any time range.
You can see all generated exports in the list and download them from the right-hand column of the table.
Selecting the correct branch store
In the fiskaly Dashboard, billing data is separated by branch store. If you operate multiple branch stores, make sure you create the export in the branch store that the data you are looking for belongs to. You can find the direct route there in your Pickware Account under Shop → POS → KassenSichV (DE): Use the Filiale in Fiskaly anzeigen (Show branch store in fiskaly) button in the relevant row to open exactly that branch store in the fiskaly Dashboard.
