Where do I find my cash register reports in the Shopware Admin?

View cash register reports and end-of-day closings in the Shopware Admin, download them as a PDF per day and export them via fiskaly.

All cash register reports are automatically transferred to fiskaly after they are generated, provided the branch store is located in Germany. You can view the reports in the Shopware Admin under POS → CashBook . After the cash register closing, a DSFinV-K export is also created automatically.

What does the cash register report contain?

In the CashBook under POS → CashBook or Erweiterungen (Extensions) → POS → CashBook you can view the cash register reports and download them as a PDF per day. The Total field shows all revenue, and the Cash amount field shows the closing cash balance of the cash register.

You can find individual receipts and invoices on the respective order, see Where do I find completed POS sales and payment receipts in my Shopware Admin?

Can I download all cash register reports at once?

Yes. In the Shopware Admin under POS → CashBook, select multiple end-of-day reports in the list and export them together as a ZIP file. With Export all, you export all end-of-day reports that match the current filter. The end-of-day reports are also transferred to fiskaly, and you can export them together there as well: In the fiskaly Dashboard you can find them under DSFinV-K → Cash Point Closings. There you can download them as a CSV or via the DSFinV-K export, see Where do I find the accounting data for a tax audit?

Can I still view the cash register reports after cancelling?

Not in the Shopware Admin: After the POS license is cancelled, the POS → CashBook area is no longer displayed. Therefore, download the cash register reports before the license ends, for example together as a ZIP file.

Is there a Z-report?

The cash register closing takes over the task of the Z-report. You can find the corresponding cash register report in the Shopware Admin under POS → CashBook.
