With the single-item order mode in multi-stage picking in the WMS App, you can quickly pick multiple single-item orders — that is, orders that each contain only one product — at the same time. It doesn't matter whether these are orders with an identical product or with many different products.
Open the app in Picking mode and switch to multi-stage picking using the cart icon in the top right. | |
Select the Single-item order mode, choose the corresponding pick profile, optionally adjust the number of orders to retrieve, and then tap Retrieve orders. | |
You'll now see all products from the retrieved orders. Take them from the displayed storage bin in the corresponding quantity. If you want to take the products from a different storage bin, scan it or select it manually using the corresponding button. You can record the products as usual by scanning or alternatively manually using the Confirm 1 button. If you press and hold the button, you can confirm all units of a product at once. | |
In the next window, you can decide whether you want to start packing or continue the process later. | |
If you click Start packing, you can next select one of the collected products either manually or by scanning. After the selection, the delivery note is automatically created, and in the next step you create the shipping label. | |
You can now ship the order directly or, if needed, defer it for later shipping using the menu at the top. | |
You'll then land back in the overview, where you can see your progress and select the next product. You can defer or fully cancel the process at any time using the menu in the top right. |
As soon as all products have been processed, the process ends and you return to the order overview.
