Make sure you have all the required access data before configuring the plugin. This includes access to the DPD Web Connect cloud web service as well as your DPD Cloud User ID and the corresponding User Token.
If you're a MyDPD Pro customer, you'll receive the Cloud User ID on request from the DPD depot responsible for you (fill out the Web Connect application).
