To avoid problems during a software update, checking compatibility beforehand and following the correct update order are crucial. Please read the following notes carefully before performing a software update.
Compatibility check
Before every update, first check compatibility with your Shopware version in use. You can find your current Shopware version in the top left corner of your Shopware Admin.
Updates for Pickware ERP (Pro), DHL Shipping, GLS Shipping and Deutsche Post Integration
You get these updates via your Shopware Admin under Extensions → My Extensions. In the Shopware Community Store you can see all supported Shopware versions in each case.
Updates for Pickware WMS and Pickware POS (Shopware Admin)
You get these updates via your Pickware Account under Shop → WMS → Downloads or Shop → POS → Downloads.
There, you can use the tabs at the top to choose between the version for Shopware 6.4 or 6.5 (1). Further down in the Requirements section, you will see another note about incompatibility with the respective other Shopware version (4). You can also see here which version of Pickware ERP (3) and which minimum version of Shopware (2) you need.

Updates for Pickware WMS and Pickware POS (Apps)
You get these updates via the App Store. Please note that app updates cannot be undone.
In what order are the updates performed?
As long as compatibility is given, you should generally follow this order when performing updates:
1. Shopware
2. Pickware ERP
3. Pickware WMS & POS extension
4. WMS & POS app
I installed the wrong update, what can I do?
In principle, it is possible to undo updates to your extensions. Please contact our support for this. So we can help you faster, please also note the tips in this article.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset the app version.
