When installing Pickware WMS powered by Pickware, the status email templates for the statuses Partially delivered (ID 6) and Completely delivered (ID 7) are adjusted. These adjustments to the email templates are necessary to guarantee the full functionality of partial deliveries in Pickware WMS powered by Pickware and shipment tracking.
If you have already customized the email templates for these statuses, they will be saved with the suffix _old during the installation of Pickware WMS. After the installation is complete, you can then insert your own customizations from the old templates back into the email templates updated by Pickware.
