We recommend making the following settings in the plugin configuration of Amazon Pay to ensure a smooth process together with Pickware:
Order status for unauthorized orders – Amazon: order not authorized
Order status for authorizable orders – Amazon: order authorizable
Order status for authorized orders – Open
Order status for delivered orders – Fully delivered
Order status after successful payout – Fully delivered
Order status for payment failure – Clarification required
Order status for cancellation after payout – Cancelled / Rejected
Order status for full cancellation before payout – Cancelled / Rejected
Payment status for unauthorized orders – Amazon: payment not authorized
Payment status for authorizable orders – Amazon: payment authorizable
Payment status for authorized orders – Amazon: payment authorized
Payment status for guaranteed payments – Amazon: payment open / reserved
Payment status after successful payout – Fully paid
Payment status for payment failure – Review required
Payment status for cancellation after payout – Refunded
Payment status for full cancellation before payout – Refunded
Status for re-authorization – Amazon: re-authorize order
Automatic authorization – Always
An order then goes through the following statuses:
Before picking: After the order is received, the status changes to Amazon: order authorizable or Amazon: payment authorizable. After Amazon has authorized the order, the order status changes to Open and the payment status changes to Amazon: payment open / reserved.
After picking: The order is now in the status Fully delivered. The payout is now made by Amazon via the cronjob and the payment status changes to Fully paid
Note: Please note that the payment status Amazon: payment open / reserved must be set in the pick profile so that the corresponding orders are displayed correctly.
