After registering with FinanzOnline, configuring the user for the fiskaltrust.Portal, and linking to fiskaltrust, you can create the commissioning receipt (start receipt) in the backend under Customers → fiskaltrust for Shopware POS powered by Pickware. This is saved digitally, but it should also be kept in printed form as well.
Important: To complete the commissioning of the cash register, the commissioning receipt must then be uploaded to the fiskaltrust.Portal and its verification carried out. You can find the corresponding dialog in the fiskaltrust.Portal under Configuration → Queue by clicking on the marked icon (see next image).
Open the receipt log view in the backend again and click “Show signature” next to the commissioning receipt. Copy this into the QR code value / DEP value field in the fiskaltrust.Portal. To start the verification of the commissioning receipt, click the Create verification button.
