Before you can install and set up the fiskaltrust für Pickware POS plugin, you need to create a user in the fiskaltrust.Portal, assign yourself to us as the cash register manufacturer, and then link your user to your FinanzOnline account. To do this, follow these steps:
Register at the fiskaltrust.Portal. It's important that you enter all master data, including the VAT ID, completely and correctly right from the start. Under no circumstances should you skip entering your company master data, as this will otherwise result in a faulty account that has to be manually reactivated by fiskaltrust support.
After successfully registering, you can review your master data again and check whether the data you entered has been accepted (Data Check).
Assign yourself the role of registered cash register operator and sign the contract as a registered cash register operator.
Enter your access credentials for the registered cash register web service under the menu item AT FinanzOnline Meldungen.
Next, under Kassenbetreiber → Händler/Berater suchen (cash register operator → search for merchant/consultant), search for Pickware and then click Zuordnung anfordern (Request assignment).
As soon as we've confirmed the assignment, the product fiskaltrust.SignatureCloud inkl. Sorglos Paket AT will be unlocked in the fiskaltrust.Portal Shop and can be purchased there.
Important: We require that you always use the product fiskaltrust.SignatureCloud inkl. Sorglos Paket AT with Pickware POS. Otherwise, your cash register may not comply with legal requirements.
