As soon as a gift voucher is sold, the corresponding voucher PDF is automatically generated when the order is completed. You can find it in the Documents tab of the customer order and send it manually by email from there, if this doesn't happen automatically according to the plugin configuration. If the gift vouchers are not generated automatically when the order is completed, there is an error. In this case, please contact our support.
The generated voucher codes are also stored under Individual Voucher Codes (Individuelle Gutscheincodes) in the voucher administration:
Using the Generate more codes (Weitere Codes generieren) button, you can generate manual voucher codes. You can identify manually generated codes by the corresponding note in the Note (Notiz) column.
Note: Due to the automatic generation of vouchers upon order completion, subsequent changes to an order are currently not supported. This means the number of vouchers can no longer be changed afterwards, and manually adding a voucher to an existing order is also not possible.
