The vouchers are sent according to the plugin configuration either automatically when the order is completed, when a certain order and payment status is reached, or manually from the backend.
Purchased gift vouchers are sent to the customer as an email attachment (PDF). You can customize the email template under Settings → E-Mail-Vorlagen (Email Templates) → Benutzer-E-Mails (User Emails) → viisonCoupon. You can find more information about this here.
Multiple gift vouchers can only be sent individually from Shopware. If you want to send all vouchers of an order together in one email, you first need to download them via the Gutschein-Administration (Voucher Administration) and then manually attach them to an email. To do this, click the pencil icon in the row of the relevant voucher in the Gutschein-Administration (Voucher Administration), switch to the Individuelle Gutscheincodes (Individual Voucher Codes) tab, select the desired codes, and then click Gutschein-Dokumente herunterladen (Download Voucher Documents).
