Orders via Phone / Fax

To record customer orders that come in by phone or fax, open the customer account in the Shopware Backend and click Log in as this customer on the right. You'll then be redirected to your shop frontend and logged in as the customer. You can then put together and complete the order on the customer's behalf.

Alternatively, there's also a free plugin from Shopware for creating orders directly in the Backend. However, due to various compatibility issues, we recommend the frontend approach instead.
