Click & Collect with POS and WMS

Click & Collect with Pickware WMS

With Pickware WMS, Click & Collect orders can already be picked before collection, just like regular orders. Once picking is complete, a delivery note is automatically printed and the order changes to the status Ready for delivery. The finished order can then be set aside for pickup. The process is automatically marked as completed as soon as the customer picks up the goods and the invoice is scanned in the process.

All orders placed online in your Shopware shop or offline in one of your stores with a pickup shipping method can be found under the menu item Orders for pickup on the POS, as long as they have the order status Open or Ready for delivery.

To find the order more quickly, you can search by the customer's name or the order number. Then select the desired order. The further process differs depending on whether the order has already been paid for or not.

Order has already been paid

If the order is already in the status Fully paid or Paid at the time of pickup, the goods only need to be handed over to the customer at the POS. All line items of the order are displayed to you once more for verification. As soon as you tap Confirm pickup at the bottom, the order status of the order in the Shopware backend changes to Fully delivered and the goods are deducted from your inventory.

Order has not yet been paid

If the order has not been paid for in advance, you can select from your payment methods as usual and process the payment at the POS. The goods are then deducted from inventory, and the order status and payment status of the order in your Shopware backend change from Open to Fully delivered and Fully paid.
