Consequences of a productive DATEV export

  • Once you have exported bookings to DATEV productively (i.e. without test mode), they are "locked" in your shop. This means that the exported transactions are no longer included in future exports, and that receivables and payments that have already been exported can no longer be deleted or changed.

  • Since receivables are always tied to documents, the documents for a receivable that has already been exported to DATEV can also no longer be deleted or overwritten. In addition, it is also not possible to delete orders that have already been exported to DATEV productively.

  • Please also note that manual changes to the order line items of an already exported order can, under certain circumstances, lead to inconsistencies between the data in Shopware and DATEV.

  • After a productive DATEV export has been created, all included orders are marked with a lock icon in the order overview. Orders where the lock icon is greyed out have not been exported.
