With Pickware ERP
If a customer has already received their ordered items and sent them back, you need to create a return for the relevant items before you (partially) cancel the order. This is possible with Pickware ERP from version 6.0.0 onwards.
A return goes through four different statuses (New → Received → Cancelled → Completed). The returns overview lets you keep track of all returns throughout the entire process. This article explains the returns process step by step.
With Pickware WMS
If you use Pickware WMS, you can also create returns directly from the warehouse using our WMS App and put the items back into stock. You can find out how this works in this article.
