Bonus System by Shopware
Pickware POS can be used together with the plugin Bonus System by Shopware if you take the following into account:
Open the configuration settings of the Bonus System plugin and select the subshop that you have configured for your POS store. In the field Freischaltung der Bonuspunkte (Unlock bonus points), please select the option direkt mit Bestellabschluss (immediately upon order completion) so that the bonus points are credited automatically.

JUNUX by Repertus GmbH
The plugins by JUNUX are not compatible with Pickware POS. This incompatibility also applies when the plugins are disabled, so please uninstall the plugins.

The plugin is not compatible with Pickware POS and must therefore be disabled or uninstalled.
PayPal by Shopware
When using Pickware POS with the PayPal plugin by Shopware in version 5.0.0 and 5.0.1, compatibility issues occur, which make it impossible to complete sales at the POS. To resolve the issue, we recommend updating the PayPal plugin to version 5.0.2 as well as updating Pickware POS to 5.32.2.
