The Gift Voucher plugin is fully compatible with the Pickware POS point of sale system. This means that all vouchers purchased online can be redeemed in the store without any issues, and conversely, all vouchers purchased in the store can also be redeemed in the online shop. Remaining balances are taken into account in both directions, so a customer can also redeem a voucher partially online and partially offline.

The Gift Voucher plugin is suitable for use together with the plugin Export for DATEV powered by Pickware. In the Export for DATEV plugin, as described in the Plugin Configuration, you can define a separate account for Issued gift vouchers, so that a special account is used for bookings both when vouchers are purchased and when they are redeemed.

When using our Gift Vouchers powered by Pickware plugin together with the plugin Keep Gross Price (Delivery Threshold), errors occur in the cart when a voucher is redeemed.

This plugin is incompatible and must therefore be deactivated or uninstalled.
