If you receive the error message "Login Failed - The entered credentials are incorrect" when logging into the apps, even though the user was set up correctly and the credentials are also correct, this may be because the REST API of Shopware is not working correctly in your shop.
You can check this by trying to log in via
using the corresponding username and the associated REST API key. If you cannot get past entering the credentials, you know that it is caused by the REST API. In this case, please contact your server administrator.
