If shipping label creation in the backend returns the following error message

"Error - The shipping label could not be created because an error occurred: DPD_WEBSERVICE_MESSAGE: YourInternalID 0 MPSEXP_1: The parcel number(s) xxxxxxxxxx have already been used in another order during the validity period.”

please contact your DPD representative. Once your number range with DPD has been extended, the error will no longer occur.
