When creating the shipping label, the error message “The requested packaging type is not allowed in a shipment from the origin to the destination.” may appear. This error occurs when a packaging type other than Customer supplied package has been selected for orders outside the USA. Therefore, make sure to always use the preset packaging type for shipments from Germany.
