You can download multiple invoices, invoice corrections, and cancellation invoices at once, for example all of a month, using the Bulk edit in the order overview of your Pickware Admin. If you use the DATEV export, you can alternatively get the documents as a ZIP file from the export.
Download documents using the bulk edit
Here's how to download the documents of multiple orders in one step:
Open the order overview and select the orders whose documents you want to download.
Open the Bulk edit.
Select Download: Documents and choose the document types, for example invoice, invoice correction, and cancellation invoice.
If you have a very large number of orders, it works best to process them in batches, for example 100 orders at a time.
Download documents from the DATEV export
If you use the DATEV export, you will find the Export accounting document pictures button in the export detail view under Settings → Shop → Import/Export (Pickware). This lets you download the invoices, invoice corrections, and cancellation invoices included in the export as a ZIP file.
