No, you can't exclude individual bin locations from picking. However, you can control that replenishment bin locations are visited as late as possible, or assign them to a separate warehouse.
Move replenishment bin locations to the back using the position
The WMS App first guides you to bin locations with a Position set, in ascending order by numeric value. Bin locations with the same position are grouped and visited before bin locations with a higher position, regardless of their label: Even "Z-09-9" with position 1 would come first. After that, the bin locations without a position follow alphanumerically by code, digits before letters.
Therefore, give your replenishment bin locations a higher position than your other bin locations. Note that bin locations without a position only come after all bin locations with a position. You can find out how to maintain the position in How do I create bin locations?.
The logic the WMS App uses to select which bin location to take stock from is explained in How does Pickware decide which bin location to pick from?.
Assign replenishment bin locations to a separate warehouse
When picking, the WMS App only considers stock from the warehouse selected at the top of the app. If you assign your replenishment bin locations to a separate warehouse, they won't be suggested when picking in the shipping warehouse. You transfer goods from the replenishment warehouse before picking.
What can't be configured
There is no prioritization of bin locations by task type, task size, or Sales Channel.
The picking profile only controls which orders are displayed, not the order of the bin locations.
Tip: The picklist is also sorted by bin location. If you want a product to always appear last there, give it a bin location with the prefix "Z".
