How do I view supplier orders for a product?

Shopware 6 — In the Supplier orders tab on a product, you see all order line items, a totals row, and filters by supplier, delivery date, state, and incoming quantity.

In the product details, the Supplier orders tab – right next to the Stock tab – shows all order line items from supplier orders that involve this product. This way, you can see at a glance what has already been ordered, delivered, or is still incoming for this product, without having to search through the full supplier order list.

Structure of the tab

The tab shows one row per order line item from all supplier orders that contain the product. Through the column settings of the grid, you can show or hide additional columns.

Column

Meaning

Variant

Only visible on the variant parent. Shows which variant the respective line item refers to, since the list on the variant parent combines the line items of all associated variants.

Number of the associated supplier order.

Destination warehouse
(hidden by default)

Warehouse into which the line item is to be stored.

Totals row

At the top of the list, a totals row shows you the summed values for Order quantity, Delivered, Open quantity, and Incoming across all currently displayed, i.e. filtered, line items. This way, even with a long list, you immediately see the relevant total quantities without having to calculate them yourself.

Filtering the list

Using the filter sidebar, you can narrow down the list by the following criteria:

  • Supplier

  • Expected delivery date (from/to)

  • Actual delivery date (from/to)

  • Order status

  • Payment state

  • Open quantity (from/to)

  • Incoming (from/to)

  • Destination warehouse

In addition, you can click directly in the table on the colored label in the Order status column to immediately filter the list by that status. Another click on the label removes the filter again.

Behavior on the variant parent

If you open the tab on the main product of a variant product (variant parent), the list combines the order line items of all associated variants. The Variant column then additionally shows you which variant the respective line item refers to, and the totals row also covers all variants together.
