Yes. With the Pickware MCP Server, you connect Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants that support MCP to Pickware for Shopify and Shopware 6. After that, you can ask your AI assistant in chat about things like stock levels, open supplier orders, or the shipping status of an order.
The MCP Server is available from the Professional plan. You can find the MCP URL under Settings → Extensions (Erweiterungen) → Pickware MCP. In Claude, you add Pickware as a custom connector, most easily via the Connect with Claude (Mit Claude verbinden) button on the Pickware MCP page.
