Using the Flow Builder, you can automate your processes in the Pickware Admin. Below you'll find instructions for automatically creating picking lists. You can also find general information about the Flow Builder here.
Open the Flow Builder under Settings → Shop → Flow Builder and click Add flow there. In our example, we'll create a flow that ensures a picking list is generated for an order as soon as it comes in. First, give it a name and make sure the flow is activated. | |
For our case, we'll use the following trigger: Order placed → Order → Placed. | |
Optionally, you could add a condition here, for example one stating that the relevant orders should be paid before creating a picking list. To do this, click Add condition (IF) and then select the corresponding rule. If you don't have a suitable rule yet, you can create one directly here. To do this, click Create new rule. The rule could look like this, for example: | |
In the next step, we add an action container for the true path. | |
Here, select the action General → Generate document → Picking list. Then save your flow. | |
As soon as a paid order comes in, you'll find the picking list immediately afterward in your Pickware Admin. |
Adding additional information to the picking list
You have the option of maintaining product information using additional fields, which are then displayed as picking instructions on the picking list. You can find more information about this here.
