Since Pickware is integrated directly into your Shopware 6 inventory management, all products are automatically available in Pickware and don't need to be newly created or imported. You can therefore start setting up Pickware right away.
If you're currently migrating from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6, you can transfer your products to your new shop using Shopware's migration assistant.
