How are marketplace orders imported via magnalister?

With the help of magnalister you can offer your products on other platforms such as Amazon and eBay without having to worry about synchronizing stock levels or importing orders. You don't have to manually maintain the products on all platforms, but can let magnalister do this for you.

Ideally, you maintain your products in your Shopware Administration and upload them from there via magnalister to the desired sales platform. All products sold via magnalister need a physical product in the administration that they're linked to, with the link being established via the product number. The corresponding orders can then be picked as usual with the WMS App or via the Shopware Admin.

You can find more information on installation and setup directly from magnalister.

Bills of materials and magnalister

To ensure the compatibility of the Pickware bill of materials feature with magnalister, you need to disable the option Skip Flow Builder during order import under Global Configuration (Expert Settings) → Shopware 6 Flow Builder Support in magnalister, as otherwise the bill of materials will be created incorrectly.

Using return tracking codes with magnalister

We provide the custom field Return Tracking Codes for orders, which can be used to transmit return information. You need to add this custom field to your affected documents. You can find more information on configuring custom fields on order documents here.

You can then have magnalister pass on the information from our custom field, for example to OTTO. Via OTTO → Configuration → Orders you can select the return number and thus have tracking codes transmitted automatically. You can find more information on editing this in magnalister here.
