You can view the reserved stock in the Products details under Stock in the Overview section.
This is made up of all orders with the order status Open or In progress as well as the shipping status Open or Partially shipped. Custom order and shipping statuses that you have created yourself are not taken into account. If you click on the Reserved stock field, the Orders tab opens with the corresponding filters applied, so you can see all relevant orders.
