At your Pickware POS checkout, you can redeem both Shopware promotion codes and vouchers created with the EasyCoupon extension by Net Inventors. You can also use discounts that you configure via Marketing → Discounts & Promotions in Shopware – with or without a promotion code, provided the underlying rules are supported by Pickware POS. This article covers the specifics of each option. Further below, you'll also find general notes on redeeming voucher codes at the POS.
Shopware promotion codes
In general, promotion codes created via Marketing → Discounts & Promotions can also be redeemed at the POS. In addition, discount promotions of the type No promotion code required are automatically taken into account at the POS, provided their conditions can be mapped using the Shopware promotion rules supported by Pickware POS. If you use price rules to make certain promotions available only to specific customers, please also note the limitation of price rules in combination with Pickware POS.
EasyCoupons by Net Inventors
With the extension Gutscheine, Kaufgutscheine & Coupons - EasyCoupon Plugin von Net Inventors GmbH, you can create, sell, and redeem vouchers in your online shop and at the checkout.
Notes on setting up the extension
You can find all the information on setting up the extension directly at NetInventors. Please note the following specifics: for vouchers to be redeemable, they must be marked as paid by the extension. This happens via the payment status. You'll find a corresponding option in the extension settings. Here you can select one or more payment statuses:

Creating and printing vouchers
Purchase vouchers from Net Inventors can be sold directly through the checkout. For a voucher to be found at the checkout, it must be assigned to a product. After payment, the barcode for the voucher can be printed via the receipt printer using the Print voucher(s) button.

Redeeming a voucher at the POS
Voucher codes can be redeemed at the POS in the cart menu via the Voucher menu item.
General notes on vouchers at the POS
Please note that some voucher features are available in the Shopware Admin but not at the checkout:
Net Inventors vouchers of the type Individual value are not supported at the checkout, since the amount cannot be selected and therefore printing the voucher is not possible. Instead, use the voucher type Fixed value and, if needed, create several vouchers with different values.
The Net Inventors feature Maximum redemption value per order is not supported at the checkout.
Not all price rules and discount promotions from the Shopware Admin are supported at the checkout. You can find a list of all supported price rules here. When using unsupported price rules, they are automatically considered fulfilled!
