Please note that support regarding questions about setting up and using the free version of the plugin is provided exclusively through the Shopware community and this Help Center. For further professional support, you need to purchase the corresponding paid version.

The shipping adapter only supports those Deutsche Post paper formats that allow the printing of a single address and provide for one stamp per page. Therefore, sheets with multiple, individually removable labels are not supported.

Note on international shipping: As of 01.01.2020, Deutsche Post uses so-called harmonized labels for Warenpost International. This is a new worldwide standard designed to make international shipping easier. For this, various additional pieces of information need to be maintained for customs. Which information needs to be maintained where is explained in this article.
