Make sure you have all the required credentials before configuring the plugin. This includes the username for your Portokasse account with Deutsche Post as well as the corresponding password. You can register here. Please note that registration for the Portokasse is separate from registration for the Deutsche Post shop, and you will receive different credentials. You also need the Portokasse if you want to use the Internetmarke web service. You can find more information on this here.
