Overview of all branches and registers
In your Pickware account under Shop → POS → KassenSichV (DE) you'll find an overview of your branches and the registers connected to each of them. Clicking on the branch name also takes you directly to the fiskaly Dashboard, where you can view additional information.
Deactivating branches
You can also deactivate or reactivate branches from this same location using the corresponding button.
Reactivating branches
If branches haven't been used for an extended period of time, Pickware may temporarily deactivate them. If you try to connect your app to a deactivated branch, a corresponding error message will appear.
If you've already connected your iOS device to a branch that has since been deactivated and you try to process sales through it, an error message will also appear.
In both cases, you can easily reactivate your branch under Shop → POS → KassenSichV (DE) by clicking on Reactivate branch. Afterwards, you need to log out of the POS App and close the app completely. Then you need to go through the app setup again to reconnect to the desired branch.
