The form for quote requests in the Frontend View can be customized individually. This uses the standard Shopware component Forms. You can find an overview of all forms under Content → Forms. You can find the form for quote requests under the entry Request quote. For general instructions on creating and editing forms, click here to go to the Shopware documentation.
You can restrict forms to individual subshops, for example if you operate subshops in different languages. To do this, select all subshops in which the respective form should be displayed in the field Shop restriction. If you want to add another form that should be used as a quote form, you need to enable the checkbox Is quote request form at the very bottom, so that customers must fill out this form to complete a quote request.
