You can find the plugin configuration under Settings → Basic Settings → Additional Settings → Dropshipping. The following configuration fields are available to you:
Dropshipping only upon receipt of payment - Select the payment methods for which the dropshipping email should only be sent once the payment status is changed to Fully paid (e.g. Prepayment).
Excluded payment methods - Select the payment methods that should be excluded from dropshipping here.
Additional email recipients - Here you can enter additional BCC recipients for the dropshipping email, so you can track which shipping orders were placed and when. Multiple email addresses can be entered separated by commas.
Always show dropshipping products as available - Determine whether all dropshipping products in the shop should always be shown as available, regardless of stock level.
Send price (quantity and total) of dropshipping products in the dropshipping email - Determine whether the sales prices should be sent in the email to the dropshipper.
Attach (partial) delivery note to the dropshipping email - Determine whether (partial) delivery notes should be sent as an attachment in the dropshipping email.
Send emails retroactively for new dropshipping products - Determine whether an email should be sent retroactively if a product is subsequently marked as a dropshipping product and no email has been sent yet.
Show dropshipping products on delivery notes in the backend - Determine whether dropshipping products should be listed on delivery notes in the backend. For example, you can disable this option if you already create (partial) delivery notes for dropshipping products.
Note: The first three configuration fields can also be edited individually at the subshop level using the tabs. For all other fields, the main shop's setting is used.
