Stock inconsistencies can occur when the <a href="https://help.pickware.com/en/articles/659690-bestandsinitialisierung">automatically calculated</a> value for the available stock is changed manually.

You can use the stock overview, found under Articles → Warehouse → Stock overview, to correct existing stock inconsistencies. Articles with stock inconsistencies are highlighted in red in the stock overview. Alternatively, you can activate the Show articles with stock inconsistencies field in the top left of the stock overview to immediately display all affected articles.

To correct the respective stock, double-click on the article and enter the correct value in the Available stock column.
