CSV: Pickware Stock (absolute values)

The following fields can be imported/exported with the Pickware Stock (absolute values) profile:

  • articleNumber (required) - the product order number

  • articleName - the product name

  • warehouse - the abbreviation of the respective warehouse

  • binLocation - the bin location

  • isDefaultBinLocation - use yes or no to specify whether this is the default bin location

  • physicalStock - the physical stock level

  • availableStock - the available stock level

  • purchasePrice - the last purchase price (corresponds to the Last purchase price field in the product master data)

The import/export of absolute stock levels has the following format:

Here you can import or export every product per warehouse and bin location along with its respective physical and available stock level as well as its purchase price. If a product exists in multiple warehouses and/or at multiple bin locations, it must appear once in this list for each warehouse and each bin location.

The physical stock level here only refers to the specific bin location you specified in the same row. The available stock level, on the other hand, refers to all units of this product that you have across your entire shop. It's therefore recommended to leave out the availableStock field entirely if you simply want to import your stock levels, since this way the value for the available stock is automatically adjusted accordingly. Otherwise, adjusting it independently can lead to stock inconsistencies.

However, manually setting an available stock level can also be used, for example, to correct existing stock errors in the reserved stock. When using the profile for export, all fields described above are always included.
