Setting up pick profiles

To determine which orders are displayed in the WMS App, so-called pick profiles are used. In this article, you'll learn how to set up pick profiles. You can also watch the setup process in the video:

You'll find the configuration of pick profiles in the backend under Einstellungen (Settings) Pickprofile (Pick Profiles). In the WMS App, you can switch between the existing pick profiles using the button to the left of the search bar.

Setting up pick profiles

To create a new pick profile, go to Einstellungen (Settings) Pickprofile (Pick Profiles) in the backend and click Neues Pickprofil erstellen (Create New Pick Profile). For each pick profile, you can make various settings as well as set individual rules for filtering orders.

Settings

In the side panel, you'll find the following settings:

  • Name – This is the name of your pick profile, under which it is displayed in the backend and in the WMS App.

  • Priorisierte Versandarten (Prioritized shipping methods) – Orders with the shipping methods selected here are displayed higher up in the list of all orders and are additionally marked with a delivery truck icon. This option is useful, for example, for orders with DHL Express.

  • Priorisierte Zahlungsarten (Prioritized payment methods) – Orders with the payment methods selected here are displayed higher up in the list of all orders and are additionally marked with a banknote icon.

  • Bestellungen unabhängig von Lagerbestand anzeigen (Show orders regardless of stock level) – All orders are always displayed, regardless of the stock level of the items they contain.

  • Alle erschienenen Artikel müssen komplett auf Lager sein (All released items must be completely in stock) – All items with a release date must have already been released and must be fully in stock for the associated order to be displayed.

  • Min. ein Artikel muss komplett auf Lager sein (At least one item must be completely in stock) – Orders in which one or more items are fully in stock are displayed.

  • Min. ein Artikel muss teilweise auf Lager sein (At least one item must be partially in stock) – Orders in which one or more items are at least partially in stock are displayed.

  • Alle Artikel müssen komplett auf Lager sein (All items must be completely in stock) – Only orders in which all items contained are in stock are displayed.

  • Ausgenommene Versandarten (Excluded shipping methods) – Here you can exclude orders with a specific shipping method, even if they would otherwise meet the stock conditions set above.

  • Vorlauf für vorbestellte Artikel (Lead time for pre-ordered items) – Here you can specify how many days before an item's release date an associated order is considered ready for picking.

Rules for filtering orders

General

Here you define as many individual rules for the order filter as you like. Each rule has a reference and a condition. For the reference, you can choose from Bestellung (Order), Bestellposition (Order line item), Artikel (Product), Kunde (Customer), Lieferadresse (Shipping address) and Rechnungsadresse (Billing address). Depending on the reference, you can check different conditions, and all individually created free-text fields from Shopware are also available to you here.

Example: If you want to set up orders with the shipping method DHL to be displayed, the rule is defined as follows:

Order overview

In the order overview in the Shopware backend, you can see by the orange icon when an order is displayed in the WMS App. A grey icon means that the order is not displayed in the app. If you hover the mouse over the icon, a short tooltip explains which of the filter rules were violated.
