Automated Import of New Transactions

Important: Please note the information in this and this article.

By setting up the corresponding cronjob, you have the option to automate the import and reconciliation of new transactions. The cronjob is created disabled by default during installation. Once enabled, new transactions from all stored bank accounts are first synchronized in finleap connect in the background and then imported into your Shopware backend. This requires that your PIN/password for the respective bank account is saved in your finleap connect account. This enables finleap connect to synchronize new transactions of the linked accounts four times a day. This synchronization is the necessary prerequisite for an automatic import of new transactions using the cronjob, which retrieves synchronized transactions from finleap connect and then, if possible, assigns the transactions to the corresponding open orders. The automated reconciliation is performed daily at approximately 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.

You can set up the cronjob under Settings → Basic Settings → System → Cronjobs.

If you enter an email address in the Email Recipient field, you will receive an email after the cronjob has run, containing a summary of how many transactions were imported for which bank account and how many of these transactions could already be assigned to an existing order.
