Pickware ERP uses the standard Shopware component for invoice creation. You can find all information on invoice creation, number ranges and the invoice layout directly on the Shopware help pages.
Automatically creating and sending invoices
In the backend under Settings → Basic Settings → Additional Settings → Pickware ERP, you can set configurable payment and shipping methods so that the invoice is automatically sent by email when the order is completed.
Note: This feature only applies to orders that are created when an order is completed through your online shop. However, automatic invoice creation is not possible for orders that are imported, for example, from Ebay or Amazon. Other plugins that interfere with invoice creation are also not taken into account here.
Invoice archive
In the backend under Settings → Basic Settings → Pickware ERP, you can enter an email address for invoice archiving. Every invoice you create will then automatically be sent to this email address. You can also enter, for example, the email address of an online document archiving service here.
