Return rate
The return rate indicates the ratio of shipped to returned goods and is calculated as follows:
In the report, you see the return rate per item after each row and, in the last row, the return rate for all shipped and returned goods combined. The columns Stocked in (%) and Written off (%) refer to the Returned column.
Stock movements
Here you see all stock entries per item within a specific period, as well as the total of all stock increases and decreases.
Stock turnover rate
The stock turnover rate report outputs three metrics:
average stock level
stock turnover rate
average storage duration

Sell-through rate
The sell-through rate indicates the percentage of goods received that has been sold and is calculated as follows:
Sales here refers to the quantity of items sold, and goods received refers accordingly to the quantity of goods received.
The number of goods received
increases or decreases through manual stock adjustments in the product details,
increases or decreases by stocking in supplier orders
increases through received returns.
The number of sales
increases through newly shipped orders (the order must be in the Fully delivered status),
does not decrease through returned orders.

Revenue by main shop category
This report calculates all revenue by the categories of the respective main shop.
Gross profit
Gross profit is calculated as follows:
In addition, a margin is output, which is calculated as follows:
All information is displayed at the variant level, as well as in a summarized overview. The report only considers shipped orders. Vouchers are also not taken into account. The net sales prices are adjusted for returns.
Items by revenue
This report outputs gross and net revenue per item and calculates totals with and without shipping costs based on the determined values. The item revenue results from:
The net revenue results from deducting VAT from the gross sales price. The VAT rate of the respective item is taken into account here. The number of sales corresponds to the number of ordered items.

Note: If you export the report as a .CSV file, you see the total revenue per item in the amount and amountNet columns respectively. In addition, for each of your sub-shops, there are further amount and amountNet columns, each labeled with a number. This number corresponds to the ID of your sub-shop. The column therefore indicates the (net) revenue per item for the respective sub-shop.
