Pickware device management is not visible in the Shopware backend

Usually, you'll find the Pickware device management as the last menu item under the Settings tab. In rare cases, the Pickware device management is not visible because the corresponding permissions have not been assigned. To make the Pickware device management visible, please proceed as follows:

  1. Go to Settings → User management → Edit resources & permissions.

  2. In the Role field, select the local_admins entry.

  3. Set the checkmark for viisonpickwaredevicemanagement
