For reward items to be posted correctly for the Export für DATEV powered by Pickware plugin, you need to make sure that the corresponding item is linked to the correct item number. Our plugin establishes the connection between the order line item and the item data via the item number, so this must correspond to an actual item in the shop. Item numbers with suffixes such as "FREE" are therefore not recognized.
