Why does the first import take so long? / What happens during the first import? / How does the plugin handle old orders and transactions?
During the first import, all transactions stored in your finleap connect account are imported into your Shopware backend. These are usually all transactions saved in your online banking, so the first import can take an unusually long time. All transactions older than 7 days are automatically marked as completed.
