If the message Bei der Preisberechnung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten or a 500 error appears when you change or delete an order item, the detailed error message helps you find the cause. The following cases are known.
Error message "Unknown column … version_id"
If the error message is Unknown column 'order_line_item.pickwareErpFulfillmentOrderLineItems.version_id', the error comes from the third-party plugin Virtual Merchandiser. Deactivate the plugin and contact the plugin's manufacturer.
Error message "Orders with active WMS deliveries cannot be deleted"
The message Orders with active WMS deliveries cannot be deleted appears when you want to delete an order that still has an open process in the WMS App. This is intended: complete or cancel the process in the WMS App and then delete the order. In older Pickware versions, the message also appeared when editing orders that were paused in the WMS App (formerly "postponed"). In that case, updating Pickware helps.
Tip: Keep Pickware up to date and test updates in a staging system first.
